The annual Partners in Camping Banquet was held on Tuesday, May 5, 2009. This was a celebration of the blessings over the last year. Along with a great meal there was a dinner theater. This was a humorous sketch of a week at camp. Dan challenged the guests in giving to the scholarship fund. All money raised will go to help campers go to camp. $2002.00 was donated to the scholarship fund. More money has been given by those who could not attend the banquet. Thank you to all who attended and gave so generously. Many campers will be reached through partial scholarships that we award.
Dan and Martha have moved into the new log house. This project is a huge blessing to which we are giving God all the glory. Here are a few pictures of the complete project. It began in June with many volunteers involved in the entire process. Thank you to all who have been a part. It has been amazing to see God provide all along the way. From the initial purchase of this log home package from a couple who were relocating to Indiana, we have seen God’s provision at every turn. Come visit The Springs and come and visit Dan and Martha in the new Directors home.
